Coil Coating & Processing
Coating
The BDM Coil Coater system utilizes an efficient S-type Wrap Coating Machine to apply a controlled set amount of film thickness of paint or primer to the top and backside of the steel coil in one continuous pass.
Coiling coating services are offered in the following colors:
- Red Oxide
- Gray Oxide
Processing
Since we are a toll metal coating processor, we focus solely on servicing our Customers meeting/exceeding their expectations.
Capabilities:
Our steel master coil coating capability includes material thickness ranging from .040"--.135", up to 60" wide with master coil weights up to 50,000# an up to 78" OD
