Coil Leveling Services
Our Automated inline Corrective leveling machine provides a shape correction process that uses a series of offset top and bottom rolls to engage and permanently deform the strip and help achieve a flat surface for the coating process.
Levelers help correct various flatness defects from the material. Flatness defects, therefore, range from observable defects, such as edge wave, crossbow, center buckle, quarter buckle; or can be unobservable defects that do not appear until the cutting, burning, or processing of material occurs.
